This 30-minute mindful breathwork practice consists of slow, deep, diaphragmatic 15-minute breathing with closed eyes and curated music. The session is closed with an optional sharing circle.

Breathwork+ Journaling

This 45-minute practice helps you find clarity, expand your imagination, and cultivate presence.

It starts with slow, deep, diaphragmatic 15-minute breathing with closed eyes and curated music. It is followed by 10 minutes of gentle music, where you can choose to meditate or journal. The session is closed with an optional sharing circle.

Our Breathwork+ Journaling session is great for:

  • Organizing thoughts and finding mental clarity

  • Building mindfulness and journaling habit

  • Being more intentional with your day

Breathwork + Meditation or Journaling

Breathwork+ Movement

This 45-minute practice is designed to slow you down and help you reconnect with your body. 

Breathe, move, and reground.

​It starts with the embodied movement. Followed by a slow, deep, diaphragmatic 15-minute breathing with closed eyes and curated gentle music. The instructor will give you guidelines, and you will move and stretch your body in any way that feels good for you. The session is closed with an optional sharing circle.

Flow Movement + Breathwork

Our Breathwork+ Movement session is great for:

  • Releasing stress from the body

  • Self-expression through movement

  • Body relaxation and inner stillness

How Neurodynamic Breathwork™ work?

NDB works by accessing the subconscious mind, allowing you to explore your inner self and gain insights into your emotions and past experiences.

What is Neurodynamic Breathwork™?

Neurodynamic Breathwork™ is a specific breathwork practice that involves conscious and connected breathing techniques to induce altered states of awareness and promote emotional release, healing, and transformation.

Even one session can lead to profound breakthroughs, increased self-mastery, and a greater sense of purpose and clarity in life.

NDB session has to be facilitated by a certified Neurodynamic Breathwork™ facilitator with 6 months (350+ hours) of training.

Conscious connected breathing with evocative music has become a catalyst for personal growth, expanded consciousness, and profound transformation.

What you can expect during a Neurodynamic Breathwork™ session.

We begin with an opening circle, creating a supportive and welcoming space for everyone involved (around 10 minutes).

Then, we move into an introductory talk, where we talk about everything you need to help you understand the process (approximately 30 minutes).

The heart of the session lies in the active breathing phase, where you will engage in conscious connected breathing while listening to evocative music (approximately 60 minutes). This is the transformative part, where you can dive deep, let go, and experience the profound effects of the practice.

Afterward, we have an integration period, allowing you to process and integrate your experience (around 10 minutes). You can do expressive arts, journal, move, eat, or just be.

Finally, we come together in a sharing circle, where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, and connect with others who have gone through similar journeys (as long as there are shares or questions).
