Welcome to the Transformational World of

Neurodynamic Breathwork™

Woman and man walking out to the universe

Unlock the endless possibilities within you!

How Neurodynamic Breathwork™ work?

NDB works by accessing the subconscious mind, allowing you to explore your inner self and gain insights into your emotions and past experiences.

What is Neurodynamic Breathwork™?

Neurodynamic Breathwork™ is a specific breathwork practice that involves conscious and connected breathing techniques to induce altered states of awareness and promote emotional release, healing, and transformation.

Even one session can lead to profound breakthroughs, increased self-mastery, and a greater sense of purpose and clarity in life.

NDB session has to be facilitated by a certified Neurodynamic Breathwork™ facilitator with 6 months (350+ hours) of training.

Conscious connected breathing with evocative music has become a catalyst for personal growth, expanded consciousness, and profound transformation.

What you can expect during a Neurodynamic Breathwork™ session.

We begin with an opening circle, creating a supportive and welcoming space for everyone involved (around 10 minutes).

Then, we move into an introductory talk, where we talk about everything you need to help you understand the process (approximately 30 minutes).

The heart of the session lies in the active breathing phase, where you will engage in conscious connected breathing while listening to evocative music (approximately 60 minutes). This is the transformative part, where you can dive deep, let go, and experience the profound effects of the practice.

Afterward, we have an integration period, allowing you to process and integrate your experience (around 10 minutes). You can do expressive arts, journal, move, eat, or just be.

Finally, we come together in a sharing circle, where you can share your thoughts, ask questions, and connect with others who have gone through similar journeys (as long as there are shares or questions).

Intro to
Neurodynamic Breathwork™

Sensory

  • Temperature changes (hot, cold, sweating, shivering)

  • Shaking, Tingling, Numbness, Buzzing

  • Active sexual energy

  • Tetany (This is a fantastic opportunity for a big release. Parts of your body may feel stiff, tense, or cramped. Body release tension by maximizing it, so it might feel intense before it gets released. Is it safe, and it always goes away.)

Biographical

  • Visual experiences of past events where emotions were suppressed or not fully expressed.

  • Emotional release.

  • Going back to past experiences and memories, rewriting your story.

  • Ancestral healing.

Perinatal

Psychiatrists once believed in the blank slate theory, but we now know we form implicit memories from conception.

Dr. Stan Grof's model divides the birth process into four phases, each with unique characteristics and energies.

  • Phase 1: Oceanic bliss, floating in warm, nurturing water.

  • Phase 2: Contraction. Feeling compressed and restricted, accessing this energy during challenging situations.

  • Phase 3: Overcoming obstacles and reaching goals, leaving an imprint of conquering challenges.

  • Phase 4: Transformation, a death-rebirth experience. Transitioning from a water being to an air being.

These implicit memories can help navigate life changes and transformations, embracing new perspectives or roles.

Transpersonal

  • Having insights, getting answers, and gaining clarity.

  • Floating in the Universe.

  • Oneness, connection with everything.

  • Complete self-love and acceptance.

Every experience is unique. There is no right or wrong. You always get what you need. Allow yourself to be surprised.

Experience can range from very intense and physically active with big releases to Yoga Nidra: a deep relaxation state where time and space seem to dissolve.

Possible Experiences

Don't rush into the session. Schedule enough time for preparation, the session itself, and integration.

Setting up your space and creating a cozy environment where you feel safe can deepen your experience.

You can sit or lie down for this practice. Have enough space to make a snow angel with your hands.

Before the Session

Room setup for breathwork session

It's best not to eat a couple of hours before the session. You don't have to starve but don't have a full belly because all energy goes toward digesting.

Integration station

art supplies, journal, musical instruments.

Blankets

To cover and uncover yourself with temperature changes.

Pillows all around, making your space safe

To hug them, punch them, have them around to move freely and safely.

Stable internet connection

Reliable internet connection is recommended for high-quality streaming and uninterrupted experience.

Water, Chapstick, Plastic Bag

When mouth breathing. Lips tend to get dry. Plastic bag if you need to spit or purge.

Tissues

To blow your nose, wipe sweat or tears.

Headphones

Be aware of the limitation of movement if you go with headphones, especially ones with cable.

Good quality speakers can help you immerse in music while giving you the freedom to move.

Eyemask

You also can use a scarf or a shirt to cover the eyes.

Additional Notes

Fasting: It's recommended to avoid eating a couple of hours before the session. You don't have to starve, but try not to have a full meal, as this allows your body to focus its energy on the breathwork process instead of digestion.

Comfortable Clothing: for unrestricted breathing and movement during the session.

Safety: Remove any jewelry or sharp objects before the session to ensure safety and avoid distractions.

Time Commitment: Set aside and dedicate about 3 hours. Preparation, active breathwork, and integration are all essential parts of the whole experience.

Post-Session Activities: Avoid scheduling anything intense or demanding immediately after the session. Give yourself time to integrate and process the experience.

In Neurodynamic Breathwork™, trust and surrender are at the core of the practice. It's all about getting in touch with your inner self and learning to trust your instincts and inner wisdom.

Trust and Surrender

With each breathwork session, you build a strong bond with this Inner Guiding Intelligence (IGI), which helps you make better decisions and be more genuine and present in your interactions with others.

When you embrace trust and surrender in breathwork, it goes beyond just the practice itself. It starts to affect all aspects of your life. You become more confident in facing life's challenges, knowing you have the wisdom within you to handle anything that comes your way.

As you continue with breathwork, you'll deepen your connection to your inner wisdom and experience profound personal growth. This will lead to a life filled with love, authenticity, and a sense of empowerment.
