Online Neurodynamic Breathwork® 

Three times a week!

  • Neurodynamic Breathwork® (NDB) is a conscious breathing technique that uses rhythmic, connected breathing combined with specific music to help you access altered states of consciousness.

This practice is designed to help you explore subconscious emotions, release suppressed feelings, and achieve deeper emotional healing and personal transformation.

During a session, participants breathe in a controlled rhythm with music specifically curated to help evoke different emotional and psychological responses.

Led by certified facilitators (with over 350 hours of training), sessions last between 2 and 2.5 hours.

For many, NDB brings a sense of peace, relief from stress, and emotional breakthroughs.

 

It can be practiced regularly for personal growth or as a complement to therapeutic work.

I tried breathwork for the first time in 2018, and it completely changed my life.

 

Since then, I’ve facilitated 500+ breathwork sessions and seen incredible transformations.

When we master our breath, we gain the power to master our lives. It’s truly magical.

 

I’m thrilled to facilitate breathwork sessions for you, whether your goal is to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, connect with yourself, or process deep emotions and traumas.​

I had one of the biggest breakthroughs of my life in my first Neurodynamic Breathwork class with Aleks. I felt like I was transported to different moments in my past, and I allowed myself to feel the emotions I had been detached from. It felt like a floodgate breaking.     Breathwork can range from simple techniques like deep breathing and diaphragmatic breathing to more structured forms like Holotropic Breathwork, Wim Hof Method, and Neurodynamic Breathwork®.

    Through breathwork, people can access altered states of consciousness, process emotions, release tension, and gain insights. It’s used in therapy, wellness practices, meditation, and personal development.

     

    While each style of breathwork varies, the goal is generally to help individuals feel more balanced, connected, and in tune with themselves.

  • Don't worry! All online classes are beginner-friendly, and you can join them without any experience.

  • Not at all! Our classes are designed to welcome all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

    Sign up, have a quite and comfortable place to participate and come as you are.

  • Breathwork can significantly reduce stress, improve emotional balance, increase energy levels, and enhance self-awareness. It's a powerful practice that complements other wellness activities by deepening your connection to the present moment.

  • Members are subject to a Late Cancellation Fee if they cancel their class less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Additionally, a no-show fee will be applied for members who fail to cancel and do not attend their scheduled class.
